Shi Jihong won a bid to acquire Jiangsu Pearl Silicone Rubber Material Co., Ltd from Shanghai Hongda New Material Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002211) for approximately CNY 260 million on November 30, 2019. Shi Jihong entered into an agreement to acquire Jiangsu Pearl Silicone Rubber Material Co., Ltd from Shanghai Hongda New Material Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002211) for approximately CNY 260 million recently.
Shi Jihong completed the acquisition of Jiangsu Pearl Silicone Rubber Material Co., Ltd from Shanghai Hongda New Material Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002211) on December 27, 2019. On December 27, 2019, Jiangsu Pearl completed the registration modification procedures for the share transfer, and obtained the business license issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yangzhong.
Shanghai Hongda New Material Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the processing and sales of silicone rubber and relevant products. The Company's main products are high temperature silicone rubber, including raw rubber, mixed rubber, liquid rubber, and others, among which raw rubber is mainly used to manufacture molded rubber, extruded rubber, electrical insulation rubber, and other products, and mixed rubber is mainly used as the main material for pipes, hoses and other products. The Company distributes products in the domestic market and overseas markets.
