Shaft Sinkers Holdings plc (LSE:SHFT), the international shaft sinking and underground construction group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of Annual General Meeting published on the 30th of April are available online at the Company's website www.shaftsinkersgroup.com and via the National Storage Mechanism www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of The Forum, 17-18 Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2QG on Wednesday 11th June 2014 at 11.00 am.
