SFAKIANAKIS S.A. The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the electronic competition of the open procedure of the Ministry of Interior / Greek Police Headquarters for the supply of Vehicles for Greek Police, with the Co-financing of Resources of Internal Security Fund -Division of Borders & Visas and specifically with respect to the Subtypes:
A Subtype: "Supply of two hundred and fifty -250- SUV type cars"
B Subtype: "Supply of forty -40- passenger cars nine of (09) positions" C Subtype: "Supply of twenty-nine -29- trucks flatbed»
D Subtype: "Supply of fifty-one -51- scooter motorcycle" of N. 26/2016 Declaration, with deadline for submission of bids and competition date on 13.03.2017, and any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competition.
It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
