Avanta Serviced Office Group, London's leading serviced office provider for SMEs and growing businesses, has announced the appointment of Tom Sleigh as Head of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management.

This newly created role brings together responsibility for managing existing landlord relationships and the current portfolio whilst leading efforts to identify and secure further exceptional properties across London.

Tom brings a wealth of expertise to Avanta, with 8 years of experience as a surveyor for Instant Offices, along with roles in the corporate solutions and office management teams. With a strong record of meeting client requirements, initiating managed deals and identifying the ideal locations for operators, Tom brings deep knowledge of the industry and strong relationships in the sector.
