Seneca Financial Corp., Seneca Financial MHC and Seneca Savings Announces Resignation of William J. Gould from the Boards of Directors

On May 21, 2019, William J. Gould resigned from the boards of directors of Seneca Financial Corp., Seneca Financial MHC (“MHC”) and Seneca Savings (the “Bank”). Mr. Gould had no disagreement with management that caused his resignation.
