From October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011, the company has repurchased 3,225,000 shares, representing 1.8% for $52.47 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 37,645,878 shares, representing 19.25% for $978.71 million under the buyback announced on February 15, 2005.
