Unaudited Operating Statistics

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Seazen Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that in February 2020, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB5,519 million, and contracted sales area of approximately 432,100 sq.m..

The aggregate contracted sales of January to February 2020 amounted to approximately RMB16,722 million. The aggregate sales area was approximately 1,491,400 sq.m..

LAND ACQUISITION

A subsidiary of the Company obtained land parcels No. Jin Chen Zhang (Gua) 2019-015* (津辰 張(掛)2019-015) and No. Jin Chen Zhang (Gua) 2019-017*(津辰張()2019-017) in Tianjin City by way of cooperation. The project is located in Beichen District, Tianjin City*(天津市北辰

). It is planned for type II residential and park greenland use, with a plot ratio of ≤1.6, of which,

the land parcel No. Jin Chen Zhang (Gua) 2019-015 reaches Min'an Road to the east, Yongshang Road to the south, Yi'an Road to the west and Yongshun Road to the north*(東至民安路、南至永 尚道、西至義安路、北至永順道), and occupies a transferred land area of 42,835.20 sq.m.; and the

land parcel No. Jin Chen Zhang (Gua) 2019-017 reaches Yongkang Road to the east, Yongshang Road to the south, Jia'an Road to the west and Yongshun Road to the north*(東至永康道、南至永 尚道、西至佳安路、北至永順道), and occupies a transferred land area of 50,589.60 sq.m.. Land

premium of RMB267,800,000 in total shall be paid by the Group.

north of Xinglong Road, the east of Xiangyang Road and the west of Longchi Road*(寨山路以 南、興隆路以北、向陽路以東、龍池路以西), occupies a transferred land area of 66,412.00 sq.m.

and it is planned for residential use with a plot ratio of >1.0 and <2.2; the land parcel No. Xinchu 2019-104 is located to the north of Yushan Road, the east of Xiangyang Road*(榆山路以北、向

530502002007GB00099, No. 530502002007GB00100 and No. 530502002007GB00101 in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province*(雲南省保山市) by way of open tender auction. The project is located in Beicheng Pian Area, Longyang District, Baoshan City*(保山市隆陽區北城片區), with a plot ratio

of ≤ 2.88, of which: the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00095 is located on the east of Jiulong Road, the south of Gongbei Road, and the west of Xiacun Street*(九龍路東側、拱北路南側、下

村街西側), occupies a transferred land area of 37,101.00 sq.m., and it is planned for residential

and commercial use; the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00096 is located on the east of Jiulong Road, the north of Huitong Road, and the west of Xiacun Street*(九龍路東側、惠通路北側、下村

街西側), occupies a transferred land area of 46,409.00 sq.m., and it is planned for residential and

commercial use; the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00097 is located on the west of Yongchang Road, the north of Huitong Road, and the east of Xiacun Street*(永昌路西側、惠通路北側、下村

村街東側), occupies a transferred land area of 68,635.00 sq.m., and it is planned for commercial

use; the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00099 is located on the west of Yongchang Road, the north of Gongbei Road, south of Guanghua Street and the east of Xiacun Street*(永昌路西側、 拱北路北側、光華街南側、下村街東側), occupies a transferred land area of 65,483.00 sq.m.,

and it is planned for residential and commercial use; the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00100

is located on the east of Jiulong Road, the north of Gongbei Road, the south of Guanghua Street and the west of Xiacun Street*(九龍路東側、拱北路北側、光華街南側、下村街西側), occupies

a transferred land area of 40,855.00 sq.m., and it is planned for residential and commercial use;

and the land parcel No. 530502002007GB00101 is located on the west of Yongchang Road, the north of Huitong Road, and the east of Xiacun Street*(永昌路西側、惠通路北側、下村街東側),

occupies a transferred area of 6,637.00 sq.m., and it is planned for residential and commercial use. Land premium of RMB1,043,747,100 in total shall be paid by the Group.
