Took note that Mr. Rakesh Jinsi completes his term as an Independent Director of the Company on February 10, 2020. Approved appointment of Mr. Amit Kalyani as an Additional Director and as an Independent Director for a term of Five consecutive years effective February 11, 2020 subject To Approve the Shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Amit Kalyani is not related to any director on the Board of the Company.
