Subject: Election of a new director replacing the resigned director

and change of the member of a Sub-committee

SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (or "SCGP") hereby notifies that Mr. Cholanat Yanaranop had resigned from the directorship of SCGP, effective from June 1, 2022 onwards, resulting in the vacancies of the positions of the Company's director, vice chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee.

In this regard, the meeting of the Board of Directors no. 236 (4/2022), held on May 24, 2022, unanimously resolved as recommended by the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee to:

1. Elect Police Colonel Thumnithi Wanichthanom as a new director in replacement of Mr. Cholanat Yanaranop, effective from June 1, 2022. The new director shall hold the office for the remaining term of Mr. Cholanat Yanaranop (until the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders).

2. Appoint Mr. Thammasak Sethaudom as the Vice Chairman in replacement of Mr. Cholanat Yanaranop, effective from June 1, 2022, onwards.

3. Change the member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from June 1, 2022, onwards, to be as follows:

Mr. Thammasak Sethaudom	Member

Other sub-committees' members remain unchanged.
