Scapa Group plc Proposes Final and Full Year Dividend, Payable on 23 August 2019

The Board of Scapa Group plc is proposing to increase the final and full year dividend by 20.8% to 2.9 pence per share compared to 2.4 pence per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting the dividend will be paid on 23 August 2019 to shareholders on the register on 26 July 2019. The ex-dividend date is 25 July 2019.
