SIBEX Board of Directors decided within the meeting dated June 26, 2015, the following:
Appointment of Mr. Gălăţanu Ovidiu-Dan as Chairman of Sibex - Sibiu Stock Exchange Board of Directors;
Appointment of Mr. Baloşan Bogdan as Vice-Chairman of Sibex - Sibiu Stock Exchange Board of Directors;
Extension of the mandate of Mr. Petru Gheorghe-Ovidiu, as Manager and CEO with a valid contract until June 28, 2019;
Extension of the mandate of Mrs. Munteanu Cristina, as Manager and Deputy CEO with a valid contract until June 28, 2019.
