Sapporo Hokuyo Holdings Inc. is a holding company mainly engaged in the banking business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Banking segment provides banking services, such as deposit, loan, domestic and foreign exchange, securities investment and other banking services. The Leasing segment is engaged in the provision of leasing services. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of representative service related to bank businesses, credit card services and credit guarantee services. As of March 31, 2012, the Bank had five consolidated subsidiaries.
