Sapphire Corporation Limited announced the cessation of Mr. Zhai Guiwu as Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Zhai Guiwu has decided to focus on his work commitments and to pursue other interests.
