Notice concerning Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes

SANKYO Co, Ltd. today announced that the decision was taken to implement the organizational changes and personnel changes described below.

1. Organizational Changes (effective June 29, 2021)

The Corporate Planning Division will be transferred to be under the Administration Division.

This is for the purpose of strengthening coordination with the accounting and finance department as well as with the general affairs and human resources department and strengthening efforts to address various management issues.
