Sanken introduces a new lineup of trench field stop IGBTs with fast recovery diode. The product can support high frequency switching of up to 100kHz.
Higher speed performance and improved trade-off relationship is achieved by using its proprietary cell structure. Also, this product guarantees short circuit withstand time of 10μs. In addition, the built-in high speed low Vf diode helps keep the leakage current at a minimal level.
Suitable for welding inverter, air conditioner PFC, power conditioner, UPS, and inverter applications.
