Resolutions of Annual General Meeting in SameSystem A/S

The Annual General Meeting of SameSystem A/S took place on January 31, 2023, at SameSystem A/S, Rentemestervej 2A, 2400 København NV, in accordance with the agenda.

The board of directors elected Søren Brinkmann, attorney-at-law, as chairman of the meeting.

Carsten Fensholt, Chairman of the Board of SameSystem, accounted for the company's activities in the past year, and the shareholders took note of the presentation. The audited annual report for FY2021/22 was submitted and approved by the General Meeting.

In regards to the appropriation of profits or covering losses appearing from the annual report, the General Meeting approved, in accordance with the adopted annual report and the board of directors' proposal, that the result of the FY2021/22 is transferred to the next financial year and that no dividend is paid out.

Carsten Fensholt and Tommy Høyrup Holte were re-elected, and Christian Higraff was elected as a new member of the board.
