Salling Bank A/S agreed to acquire A/S Vinderup Bank.

Salling Bank A/S (CPSE:SALB) agreed to acquire A/S Vinderup Bank (CPSE:VIND) on September 12, 2012. Pursuant to the merger of Salling Bank and Vinderup Bank, Salling Bank A/S will be the continuing bank. All employees of Salling Bank and Vinderup Bank will be retained.

The transaction was approved by the respective boards of Salling Bank and Vinderup Bank. Henrik Møgelmose of Kromann Reumert acted as legal advisor to Salling Bank and Vinderup Bank.
