If there are any changes of circumstances or any other necessary needs, it is authorized that the chairman or its designated person of each party may negotiate with one another to change the effective date of the merger and announce accordingly. 4.Reason for change and its main content: The original tentative effective date of the merger was resolved by the board of directors on December 21, 2021 and extraordinary shareholders meeting on February 8, 2022.
