 (1)The issued and outstanding number of the first tranche and second
 tranche of the employee stock warrants ("Employee Stock Warrants") is
 3,750 units in total. Each unit of Employee Stock Warrants represents the
 right to subscribe for 1,000 ordinary shares of the Company. The period of
 subscription right of the first tranche and second tranche of the Employee
 Stock Warrants will be ended on 2023/12/23 and 2024/12/10 respectively.
 (2)All the holders of the Employee Stock Warrants have signed the Letter
 of Consent and Waiver and agreed to unconditionally waive the relevant
 rights in relation to the Employee Stock Warrants, including the
 subscription rights. As a result, the board of directors of the Company
 resolved to cancel 3,750 units of issued and outstanding Employee Stock
 Warrants in total before expiration and terminate the rules of issuance
 and subscription of the 1st employee stock warrants 2013.
