• Order to supply airport rescue fire fighting vehicles to Brazil cancelled
  • Outlook announced for 2012 (revenues >600 m€, EBIT margin >6%) still valid

Due to a differing interpretation of the environmental specifications, Infraero Aeroportos has cancelled the 33 m€ order it had placed with Rosenbauer America for the supply of 80 airport rescue fire fighting vehicles. Rosenbauer America has lodged an appeal against this cancellation with the responsible official body and is seeking further legal remedies.
This occurrence will adversely affect the Group's consolidated financial statements for 2012 due to provisions and to loss of profit totalling 3.1 m€.
For Financial 2012, Management is still expecting Group revenues of over 600 m€ and an EBIT margin of over 6%.
