Rosbank announced that Olga Skorobogatova, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, is leaving Rosbank. In the new corporate governance structure, Operations and Cards business will be managed by Natalia Konkina, who becomes Head of Operations, under direct supervision of the CEO of Rosbank Dmitry Olyunin. Natalia joined Rosbank in 2013 as senior adviser to CEO.
IT and GTS will be supervised by Francois Bloch, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
