Rosbank announced the departure of Igor Antonov, first deputy chairman of the management board, in charge of retail banking, small and midcap corporate clients, services to VIP and network development, on June 30, 2014. In the upcoming corporate governance structure, effective July 1, retail business, including services for entrepreneurs and small business is managed by Alexis Lacroix who becomes member of the Management Board;
business with MidCap clients is under supervision of Ilya Polyakov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, who already manages business with Top Corporate and investment banking clients. The company also announced that effective July 1, VIP clients' department headed by Natalia Rodionova and asset management function is supervised by Ulan Ilishkin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, in addition to his current responsibilities (corporate communication, customer satisfaction,etc.); and Director of the Regional Network Svetlana Karimova is under direct supervision of the CEO of Rosbank Dmitry Olyunin. During his 15 year tenure with Rosbank, Igor Antonov has contributed to the realization of significant projects for Rosbank, including the merger with OVK banks, becoming part of Societe Generale group and the consolidation of Societe Generale Russian assets.
