Roo Hsing Co., Ltd (TWSE:4414) agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in 3Y Universal Company Limited from Century Eagle International Limited for $5 million on May 14, 2024. The consideration consists of $5 million in cash. As part of the consideration, $5 million was paid towards common equity.
The deal has been approved by board of directors of Roo Hsing Co., Ltd. Liang-Yuan Yu of BoSong CPA Firm acted as financial advisor to Roo Hsing Co., Ltd.
