Effective January 19, 2021, as authorized by the Board of Directors of Rockwell Medical, Inc. the Company terminated the employment of Ajay Gupta, M.D. as the Company’s Chief Scientific Officer. Subject to certain conditions, Dr. Gupta may be entitled to severance through the remaining term of his employment agreement.

The Company manufactures hemodialysis concentrates at its facilities in Michigan, South Carolina, and Texas, and the Company manufactures its dry acid concentrate mixers at its facility in Iowa.
