Liang Jung-Chi Retires as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of Rivera Limited

Mr. Liang Jung-chi retired as an independent non-executive director of Rivera (Holdings) Limited at the conclusion of the AGM, and then ceased to be a member of each of audit committee and remuneration committee of the Board.
