Rift Valley Resources Limited (ASX: RVY) ("Rift Valley or the Company") is pleased to announce that after long and protracted negotiations with the Tanzania Government and illegal miners, a solution has been found for all parties to move forward in a peaceful and legal manner.
The resolution means that Rift Valley will have:
• Full access to the property, including exploration activities.
• Rift Valley will be issued with new prospecting licenses granted replacing the existing Retention licenses.
• All artisanal miners have been removed from the property.
• Full co-operation from the Regional commissioner.
• An established process to resolve any future issues with artisanal miners.
