Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (NYSE:REXR) acquired four industrial properties in Southern California for $62.6 million on December 28, 2017. The consideration included $146 per square foot for 302 Rockefeller Avenue, which is a 99,282 square feet property; $137 per square foot for 4355 Brickell Street, which is a 95,644 square feet property; $169 per square foot for 12622-12632 Monarch Street, which is a 121,225 square feet property and $144 per square foot for 8315 Hanan Way, which is a 100,692 square feet property. In a related transaction, Rexford Industrial Realty also sold 77-700 Enfield Lane in Palm Desert in the Inland Empire-East submarket for approximately $2.4 million or $113 per square foot.
