Revenio Group Cororation's Board of Directors and CEO Mikko Moilanen have mutually agreed that Mikko Moilanen leaves his position as the CEO of the Group. The resignation shall take effect immediately. Revenio's Board of Directors has appointed Timo Hildén as the acting CEO. He has worked as Revenio Group's CEO during January 1st, 2017 until July 30, 2019 as well as Revenio's Group company Icare Finland Oy's Managing Director during 2012-2017. The Board of Directors will start the recruitment process for the new CEO immediately.
