Retail Food Group Limited announced that Executive Chairman, Peter George, will transition to the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective 1 July 2024. Having assumed the Executive Chairman role in November 2018, Mr. George noted the time was right to transition into a non-executive role.
