TORONTO - July 20, 2017 - Redline Communications (www.rdlcom.com) Group Inc. (TSX: RDL) ('Redline' or the 'Company') announces that the five nominees listed in the Management Information Circular for the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were elected as Directors of the Company at the meeting held in Toronto, Ontario yesterday.

Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting are set out below.

Second Quarter Results Conference Call Notice

Redline will issue its second quarter results by press release after close of trading on Wednesday August 9, 2017. A conference call to discuss the results has been scheduled for the following day August 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
