RECYLEX S.A. : Recylex SA: Claim for repayment of liabilities of Metaleurop Nord: Pleadings hearing schedules for April 12, 2012

Within the scope of the claim for repayment by Recylex SA (Paris:RX) of Metaleurop Nord SAS's liabilities initiated by the liquidators of Metaleurop Nord SAS, which was rejected in first instance, the Douai Appeal Court decided today to postpone the matter until January 25, 2012 and schedule its pleadings hearing for April 12, 2012.

Recylex SA takes note of this decision and remains focused on the fulfillment of its continuation plan, whose sixth installment amounting to ?4,454,481.89 was paid on November 23, 2011. The outstanding amount of ? 25,579,379.15 is due to be paid under the continuation plan until 2015.
