2. APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of Reclaims Global Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr Andrew Dekguang Jhou Chew, has tendered his resignation. Mr Chew has decided to resign in order to pursue other business/career opportunities, and the Company wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.

Mr Chew will cease to be an Executive Director of the Company, and will also be relinquishing all his other directorships, appointments and offices with the Company, its subsidiaries and associated corporations from 4 August 2021. He has agreed to continue as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company for about 1 month in order to ensure continuity and the smooth transition of the Company's (and its subsidiaries') affairs and operations, and to effect a smooth and orderly handover of his duties and responsibilities.

In addition, the Board wishes to announce that the Board, following recommendations from the Nominating Committee, has decided to appoint Mr. Tan Kok Huat to take over as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Tan Kok Huat has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is also the co-founder of the Company in 2009 and has been an Executive Director of the Company since 11 October 2018.

The Board will work together with the management of the Company to ensure continuity in the business and operations of the Company, its subsidiaries and associated corporations.

Further particulars of Mr Andrew Dekguang Jhou Chew's resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mr. Tan Kok Huat's appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(6) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") will be released in separate announcements today.
