Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Board of Directors approved the appointment of Compensation Committee members. Name and resume of the replaced members: Kao, Chih-Chun (The President of MING YAO Department Store Co. LTD.), Chen, Fu-Yen (The Chairman of ezTravel Co., LTD.) and Liu, Sheng-Chung (Associate professor, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology). Name and resume of the new members: Kao, Chih-Chun (The President of MING YAO Department Store Co. LTD.), Chen, Fu-Yen (The Chairman of ezTravel Co., LTD.) and Wang, Chun-Hsiung(President of Jasslin Technology Inc.). Effective date of the new members is July 27, 2018.
