RAK UNITY PETROLEUM COMPANY PLC (IN LIQUIDATION) - RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE GENERAL MEETING
The Shareholders of RAK Unity Petroleum Company Plc (in Liquidation) ("the Company") at the General Meeting held at The Muson Center, 8/9 Marina Onikan Lagos, on Friday, 2nd September 2022 at 11.00 am passed the following resolutions:
SPECIAL BUSINESS
- That the account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the preceding year ended 4th June 2022 be and is hereby received.
- That the review of the Liquidators' remuneration from ₦2 million to ₦4 million be and is hereby approved.
- That all receipted liquidation expenses should be borne by the Company.
