POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Radiance Holdings (Group) Company Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') dated 1 March 2021 in relation to the positive profit alert (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to further inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020 and information currently available to the Board, the Group is expected to record an increase in revenue and net profit over 30% and 40% respectively for the year ended 31 December 2020 as compared to the same period in 2019, which was mainly attributable to the significant increase in the total gross floor area of properties delivered by the Group during the year as compared with last year.
