Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company has appointed Abdullah bin Saleh Al Suwailem as its new president and CEO, effective September 9, 2012. The appointment follows the resignation of Ziad bin Sami Al Labban, who completed his assignment as CEO on secondment from Saudi Aramco. Al Labban was appointed CEO of Petro Rabigh in August 2009.
Al Suwailem is also an Aramco executive and has held several key posts at the company.
