Pham Minh Kinh cancelled the acquisition of 5% stake in Hiep Phu Land Corp from Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company.

Pham Minh Kinh agreed to acquire 5% stake in Hiep Phu Land Corp from Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HOSE:QCG) for VND 42.3 billion on April 15, 2019. Pham Minh Kinh will acquire 4.2 million shares. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company.
