Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 5, 2022, Verdi Israelyan, resigned from the Board of Directors of Kismet Acquisition Two Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the "Company"), effective immediately. Mr. Israelyan resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company's board of directors on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
