'Quadra - Power Generation's' Board of Directors Increases Number of Management Board's Members

The regular meeting of 'Quadra Power Generation's' Board of Directors has increased the number of members of the energy company's management board from 7 to 9. It has included two new key employees:

Ksenia Vladimirovna Zelentsova - Deputy Director General for legal work,
Nikolay Vladimirovich Morozov - First Deputy Director General.

The Board of Director decided to sell the shares of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation', which had been obtained by the company as a result of their repurchase from the shareholders who had voted against or had not taken part in the voting regards the item on approval of a major transaction at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2016.

In order to avoid reduction in the charter capital, the company will sell the shares it obtained at the price which is not lower than the market one as at the moment of the sale.
