(XKON:A136660) from Overseas Expansion Platform Fund, Korea Future Value Investment Fund, Korea Investment Future Growth Fund managed by Korea Investment Partners Co. Ltd. for KRW 1.5 billion on January 24, 2018. Da Value Investment acquired 0.025 million shares at KRW 60,000 per share. Overseas Expansion Platform Fund, Korea Future Value Investment Fund, Korea Investment Future Growth Fund sold 0.017 million, 1833 shares and 5667 shares respectively, and will own 0.086 million, 0.03 million and 8193 shares in QMC, post completion.

QMC Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the production and sale of light emitting diode equipments. The main products include processing systems, testers, handlers, lighting light emitting diodes (LEDs). In addition, the Company produces and sells laser systems, semiconductors, flat panel displays (FPDs), and other machines such as punching machines, sanding machines, mask probers. Laser systems include laser scribing systems, laser lift off systems, laser micromachining systems. Semiconductors include tapping machines. FPD consists of liquid crystal display (LCD) probe stations, and small LCD probe stations. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China.
