Pure to Pure Beauty Inc. is engaged in the development and sale of consumer product goods, including health and wellness products, under its Pure to Pure brand. The Company's production partner, Deserving Health International Corp. (DHI), produces shampoo and foaming handwash with natural fruit extracts for the Company. DHI specializes in the development, manufacture, and distribution of over-the-counter health products, and has experience in producing hypoallergenic skin and hair products that use naturally derived ingredients and pure botanical extracts and essential oils. Its German supplier is engaged in producing face serum with natural aloe vera extract and jojoba oil. The Company is also engaged in developing as a consumer hardware technology platform that uses the signal from existing consumer hardware, such as a Wi-Fi router, to capture significant information about what is happening in the area covered by the signal and turn it into spatial intelligence and movement tracking.
