Pure Harvest Cannabis Group, Inc. (OTCPK:PHCG) entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products, LLC on November 18, 2019. Pure Harvest Cannabis Group, Inc. (OTCPK:PHCG) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire membership interest in Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products, LLC for $1.5 million on March 13, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Pure Harvest Cannabis Group will issue 3 million shares of its common stock to acquire Sofa King Medicinal Wellness Products. The transaction is subject to conditions, including the approval by Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and a due diligence period. As of August 11, 2020, the transaction was approved by Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.
