BNI have signed the Facility Agreement for the USD 750 million term loan facility, with a tenor of 3 and 5 years, with a consortium that consists of 9 global banks, on December 16, 2016. The proceed of the facility is expected to be drawdown this week. The loan is clean based (without collateral) and will be utilized for business expansion.
