OAO Protek announces dividend payment based on unaudited 1HY-2014 RAS financial results

OAO Protek (PRTK: RTS, MICEX), a major Russian pharmaceutical company, announces that its General Shareholders Meeting resolved to distribute and pay dividends out of the Company's net profit based on 1HY-2014 RAS financial results. The dividend payable shall be 1,001,571,428.30 (one billion one million five hundred and seventy one thousand four hundred and twenty eight 30/100) roubles or 1.90 (one 90/100) roubles per ordinary share.

The cut-off date for the persons eligible to dividends shall be 26th September 2014.

Mr Vadim Muzyaev, President of OAO Protek, has commented on the half-year dividend payout: "Despite the challenging market environment, sustainable growth of the Company allows us to distribute half-year dividends to our shareholders. Protek Group continues to grow targeting an increase in market capitalization."
