Vladimir Mamakin was appointed PSB's Head of Finance Unit. He will be in charge of managing the operations of the Financial Department and Treasury, of generating the management, regulatory (RAS and IFRS) and tax reporting.

Vladimir Mamakin's task is to continue the Bank's current course towards business development and financial strategy implementation in the volatile economic environment in the country and worldwide, and towards the cooperation with the regulator and the banking community.

Vladislav Khokhlov, PSB's former Deputy Chairman of the Management Board & Head of Finance Unit since July 2012, was recommended a candidate for the Bank's Board of Directors with the task of finance management of PSB's holdings, M&A, non-core assets handling. These business areas have to add to the profitability of the banking holding from its smooth development, especially in the current crisis period.

"We are confident that Vladimir Mamakin's expertise and knowledge of banking will let Promsvyabank retain its high level of finance management, and continue our growth", - said Artem Konstandyan, PSB's Chairman of the Management Board.

Prior to joining PSB, from 2008 till 2014 Vladimir Mamakin was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board with OJSC Svyaz-Bank. He started his banking career in 1997, in Sberbank's Analytical Division of Treasury; and in 2003 he was appointed CFO of Sberbank.

Vladimir graduated from the Physics Faculty of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, he is candidate of sciences (Physics and Mathematics). He got his business education in the American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEc) in 1999.
