The Management Board of KOPEX SA with its seat in Katowice (the Issuer ) hereby informs that today it received from the Mr. Boguslaw Bobrowski member of the Supervisory Board a written statement of his resignation from the position member of the Supervisory Board of KOPEX S.A. on 12 January 2016 . As a reason for his resignation Mr. Boguslaw Bobrowski announced intention to implement the new tasks in the Group KOPEX SA.
Legal basis : § 5 sec. 1 point 21 in connection with § 27 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19.02.2009.
In current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2014 pos. 133).
