Ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted to welcome you to the
2011 Annual General
Meeting of PrimeAg Australia Limited.
It is an honour to be addressing you for the first time as
Chairman of PrimeAg, having been a Director of the Company
since October 2007 just prior to its listing on the
Australian Securities Exchange in December that year.
Over the past four years since listing, PrimeAg has grown its
business to become a substantial agricultural company owning
farming properties stretching from the Liverpool plains of
New South Wales to central Queensland, substantial irrigation
water entitlements, and now also managing the PrimeAg
Agricultural Fund which I will cover shortly.
Before I talk about the Company's progress over the past 12
months, I would like to introduce you to the Directors of the
