Presidio Bank announced that it has hired Richard Tong as executive vice president and East Bay Market president. Mr. Tong has over three decades experience as a proven leader in the banking and finance industry. Most recently, he was senior vice president /regional banking manager at City National Bank since 2002.

Mr. Tong replaces Bryan Bredell, who relocated back to his home in Portland, Oregon to be with family.
