Schoenherr advised Process Sensing Technologies ('PST') (UK), a leading provider of measurement and monitoring solutions for process-critical applications, on the acquisition of Sensore Electronic GmbH ('Sensore').

Based in Austria, Sensore is known for its expertise as a specialist manufacturer of Zirconia oxygen sensors used in a variety of critical applications across a broad range of end markets. The transaction closed end of August 2023.

Operating on a global network, PST offers a wide range of gas, oxygen and level sensors as well as measurement instruments including probes, transmitters and analysers for humidity, moisture, oxygen and trace impurities.

Sensore was founded in 2010 in Klosterneuburg, Austria, and has since become a premier manufacturer of highly precise sensors for industrial applications.

The Schoenherr team advising on the transaction was led by Maximilian Lang (partner) and further consisted of Zurab Simonishvili (attorney at law), Beatrix Schima (associate), Volker Weiss (partner), Teresa Waidmann (counsel) and Markus Fasching (associate).
