5.Cause of occurrence:The Board of Terapower Technology Inc.(TPW) approved to
  sign a real estate construction and leasing contract(tentative) with the
  parent company Powertech Technology Inc. who agreed to build a plant
  and lease it to TPW. Also, the Board of TPW authorized the president
  to conduct subsequent negotiation and the relevant procedures.
